At Nureli, every order is thoughtfully prepared and shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
We want your experience to feel smooth, warm, and dependable from checkout to delivery.

🌿 Processing & Dispatch


All parcels are packed with care and dispatched within up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
If any unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you within 48 hours.
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking details to appear—there can be a short delay between packing and the first Australia Post scan.

Free Shipping for orders $89 AUD and over
$9.90 AUD shipping fee for orders under $89 AUD
Shipping rates may be updated without prior notice.

🌿 Order Accuracy


Once your order is confirmed, we may not be able to make changes to products or shipping details.
Please ensure your delivery address and order details are correct at checkout.

🌿 Delivery Preferences


We offer two delivery options:
Authority to Leave (ATL)
This allows Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe location without requiring a signature.
Please note:
Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer
Lost or weather-damaged parcels after delivery cannot be replaced
Choose this option only if you have a secure, sheltered delivery area
Signature Required
A signature must be provided upon delivery.
If no one is available, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection.
For a smoother delivery experience, we recommend using an address where someone is available during business hours.

🌿 Returned Parcels (Unclaimed or Incorrect Address)


If a parcel is returned to Nureli because it was unclaimed or the address provided was incorrect or incomplete:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for redelivery, based on our current shipping rates or the actual postage cost charged to us.
If you would prefer a refund instead of redelivery, any shipping costs incurred by Nureli (including the original shipping cost, even if you received free shipping on your order) may be deducted from your refund.
Nureli is not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🌿 Lost or Stolen Parcels


Nureli is responsible for your parcel until it reaches the delivery address.
Once the tracking status shows “Delivered”, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your parcel appears lost during transit, we are happy to assist by lodging an investigation with Australia Post.
Please check your order confirmation carefully to ensure your address is correct.
